Shipping policy

Digital delivery — no physical shipping

Giggle Hues is operated by Zetlane Technologies Private Ltd. We sell downloadable PDF colouring books. No printed book, paper, crayons or other supplies are shipped. Printing and supplies are purchased separately.

Receiving your files

After successful payment, download access is provided through our digital delivery service and the email address entered at checkout. Use a valid email address and check your spam or junk folder if the delivery email is missing. Payment verification or technical issues may delay access.

Access limit

Download access is limited to 3 accesses per purchased product. The delivery app may count opening the download link as an access. Save your files to your device when you download them. If you have a genuine access problem or reach the limit accidentally, contact support with your order number.

Using the PDFs

You need a device that opens PDF files and access to a printer or printing service. Select the appropriate paper size and print settings for the file. Page counts may include covers and introductory pages, as described on the product page.

For missing links, failed downloads or incorrect files, contact admin@zetlane.com. Refund requests are handled under our Return and refund policy.
