Digital products

Our products are downloadable PDF files. No physical item is shipped or returned. Please read the product description and previews before purchasing.

Cancellations and change of mind

If you wish to cancel before digital access has been provided, contact us with your order number. Once digital access has been provided, change-of-mind refunds are generally not offered, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.

Delivery or file problems

If a download link is missing, a file is corrupted, the wrong file is supplied, or the product materially differs from its description, email admin@zetlane.com with your order number and details. We will help restore access or provide the correct working file. If we cannot resolve the problem, we will arrange an appropriate refund. Contact us about accidental duplicate orders or duplicate charges so we can review and correct them.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider. Please do not send card details, passwords or payment verification codes by email.
